Our Installation Process
- Consultation & Site Assessment
We visit your property to evaluate the best location for your hot tub — considering access, views, privacy, electrical proximity, and drainage. We’ll discuss your preferences, budget, and how you plan to use the spa.
- Site Preparation
A hot tub requires a level, stable base. Depending on your property, this may include a concrete pad, reinforced deck, paver patio, or gravel base. We handle all site prep, including any excavation needed for built-in spas.
- Electrical & Plumbing
Most hot tubs require a dedicated 240V electrical circuit installed by a licensed electrician. Built-in spas also require plumbing connections to your pool’s filtration and heating systems. We coordinate all trades.
- Delivery & Installation
We manage delivery logistics — including crane placement if your backyard has limited access. The hot tub is set, leveled, connected, and filled. Built-in spas are constructed on-site as part of the overall pool project.
- Startup & Orientation
We fill and heat the spa, balance the water chemistry, test all jets and features, and walk you through operation and basic maintenance. You’ll be soaking that evening.
